Admission Qualifications
First, let’s find out what qualifications are needed to enter BIC.
- You and your parents must not hold Korean nationality. Dual nationality is not allowed, so be sure to remember that!
- To apply as a freshman, you need to have graduated from a high school that follows an education system equivalent to Korea’s.
- If you are transferring as a third-year student, you need to have completed at least 4 semesters or hold an associate degree. For a fourth-year transfer, you must have completed or graduated from a 3-year associate degree program.
Language Requirements
To enter BIC, you need a Korean language proficiency level of TOPIK Level 3 or higher. But don’t worry if your Korean skills aren’t quite there yet!
You can take Korean language training before graduation, so there’s no need to stress about admission. As for English, you’ll need one of the following scores:
- TOEFL 530, CBT 197, IBT 71
- IELTS 5.5
- TEPS 600 or higher
